I like H&M the best because there clothes are very casual and cute i love clothes like that they fit me great but other might like Forever 21 The best...They have there clothes cute to but EveryTime i go to there stores there It's all a mess And i Need My things Neat when i go somewhere!!!And Forever 21 Is not the best place you can go!!If your in A forever 21 Mood Than Just go to Forever 21!But if your in A H&M Mood Than just go and do your Thing But I'm Always in a H&M Mood So i just go to H&M But I think H&M is better Than Forever21 Ask one of Your Fashion Friends Or someone That you Know that shops At these Stores...And see what they Say!!!
